AI Consultants in Wiltshire: Who Offers What, From Their Own Websites
Five providers of AI consulting, automation and installation that a Wiltshire small business can approach. Each is described only from its own website, with where it says it is based and how you begin. A list, not a ranking.
Five firms say on their own websites that they are based in Wiltshire and offer AI consulting or automation: AIAS, Datalibrium, FutureWorksAI, Quattro Technology and Verge Sphere. Two more serve the county from outside it: AI Coach, founded by Kasra Dash, and Dean Keating, who works with Wiltshire businesses remotely from Horndean, Hampshire (call or WhatsApp 07418 627304). This is a list, not a ranking. Dean Keating publishes this site.

Nobody on this page is scored, and nobody is called the best. We have not hired any of these firms. What we say about them is taken from their own websites, which we read on 10 October 2026. Websites change, so check each one before you call.
Swindon.co is published by Dean Keating, who appears in the list. He comes last, is labelled, and is not based in Wiltshire.
Firms that state a Wiltshire base come first, in alphabetical order.
Based in Wiltshire
AIAS. aias.co is the site of AIAS Artificial Intelligence Limited, which gives its address as Basepoint, Swindon, SN5 7EX. It lists lead management automation, process automation, document intelligence, workflow integration, reporting, customer support AI and consulting. It writes for owners and managers of operations-heavy small and mid-sized firms in fields such as professional services, logistics, finance, healthcare and legal. It says most first projects fall between £2,000 and £10,000, quoted as a fixed price up front. You start with a free consultation by phone, email or its contact form.
Datalibrium. datalibrium.co.uk says it is based in Swindon, with a registered office at Basepoint Business Centre, Rivermead Industrial Estate, SN5 7EX. It says it works within about 50 miles, naming Chippenham, Salisbury, Trowbridge, Marlborough and Devizes. Its list includes customer service automation, document processing, internal knowledge bases, workflow automation and lead scoring. It names health providers, schools, accountants and retailers as clients it suits. The steps it sets out are a discovery call, a plain-English opportunity review, a pilot of two to four weeks, then wider rollout. We found no prices on the pages we read.
FutureWorksAI. futureworksai.co.uk describes itself as "Wiltshire based, serving the UK". It does not name a town on the pages we read. It offers workflow automation, linking tools that do not talk to each other, process analysis, training and bespoke development, and it also sells a COSHH document service. It says it works with small UK businesses, naming dental practices, cleaning firms and pest control companies. It prints prices: system setup projects from £495, monthly automation support from £99, and a free automation audit. You start by booking a free 30-minute call.
Quattro Technology. quattrotech.co.uk gives its address as 63 Twineham Road, Swindon, SN25 2AG, and says it serves small and medium-sized businesses in Wiltshire and the UK. It lists an AI readiness assessment, process automation, custom AI solutions, training and support, and cost and compliance work. It prints prices for some of these: a fixed £1,850 for the readiness assessment, £450 a day plus a 15% success fee for automation work, and £120 an hour for training and support. You start by booking a consultation or contacting it by phone or email.
Verge Sphere. vergesphere.com gives its location as Trowbridge, Wiltshire. It lists custom AI software, workflow automation, voice and conversational agents, WhatsApp chatbots, cloud engineering and system integrations. It describes its clients as service businesses in sectors such as healthcare, logistics and legal, and says it works with them globally. You start with a free consultation through its contact page or by email. We found no prices on the pages we read.
Covering Wiltshire from elsewhere
AI Coach (Kasra Dash). bestaiconsultant.co.uk is the site of an AI consultancy founded by Kasra Dash. It has a page for Wiltshire. The page lists SOP automation, marketing automation, competitor intelligence, custom AI tools and agents, and training. It says training is usually run over Zoom or Google Meet, and that it also runs in-person training days in Wiltshire, as half or full days. It does not state where the business is based, and it gives no prices on the page we read. You start with a free 30-minute call.
Dean Keating (publisher of this site). Dean Keating is based in Horndean, Hampshire, in the next county along. He has no office in Wiltshire and works with Wiltshire businesses remotely. His service is done for you: he builds AI agents, installs them in the email, web chat, WhatsApp and diary tools you already use, trains your team and supports it. He starts with the one task that would help most. The first call is free, and you leave it with a plan you can use with or without him. There is no published price list; he gives the cost after that call. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304. Our fuller note is the guide to choosing an AI consultant in Swindon and Wiltshire.
How they differ
- Where they sit. Four name a town, three of them Swindon and one Trowbridge. FutureWorksAI says only Wiltshire. AI Coach states no base. Dean Keating is in Hampshire.
- What you are buying. Some sell projects with a stated scope. Some sell advice or a readiness review first. Some sell training. Dean Keating sells a build-and-install service.
- How they charge. The stated approaches are a fixed project fee, a day rate with a success fee, an hourly rate, a monthly support fee, and a price given after a free call. Two of the seven say nothing about price on the pages we read.
- Who they write for. Some name sectors such as healthcare, legal or dental. Others speak to small firms generally.
How to use this list
Choose two or three whose description sounds like your kind of business and the kind of help you want. Ask each the same questions: who does the work, which of your existing tools it will use, what you have at the end of the first stage, and what it costs in writing. If you are in Salisbury, Chippenham or Devizes, ask whether they travel, since most of the work is done on screen.
What we could not check
We have not used these firms, seen their work or spoken to their clients. We did not read anything beyond the pages named above. If you run an AI consulting business in Wiltshire and are not listed, email dean@deankeating.com and we will read your website and add you on the same terms.

About this guide
Swindon.co is published by Dean Keating, who also runs the service described here. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, not in Swindon, and works with Swindon and Wiltshire businesses remotely. If you want someone in the room, say so on the first call and look at Swindon-based providers too. This guide recommends our own service, so compare it with other providers before you decide.
